Dear guests,

We are a boutique, green resort, located far from the rest of the world, in the middle of unspoiled nature, where we host a maximum of eight guests at a time. We are also a proud holder of the Travelife Gold Certification and the Slovenia Green Accommodation label awarded for our cleanliness and sustainable philosophy.

We diligently separate waste, we do not use plastic bottles, we encourage drinking tap water, have a solar power system, heat pumps, biological treatment plant, we are almost fully self-subsistating with energy!

The price includes the lease of a cottage for two persons, breakfast buffet, snacks, home-made delicacies – prosciutto, home-made salami, Tolmin cheese and house wine from the wine cellar, craft beer, non-alcoholic beverages, the use of a wellness studio with Finnish, herbal and infrared saunas and a Kneipp nook, a gym, a common room with a fireplace and the use of mountain bikes.

The Nebesa holiday settlement has only four 55-square-metre cottages. Each of them is furnished for two guests. Hence, no more than 8 guests could spend a night at Nebesa.

Nebesa is intended for adults. There are no extra beds in a cottage, only a double bed (measuring 180 x 210, which can be taken apart and made into two single beds). We provide peace and serenity to guests. If you are on a journey with an older child, we can prepare an extra bed on the floor. A surcharge for the child is not necessary.

The wellness studio is common and has Finnish, herbal and infrared saunas, a Kneipp nook and a massage carpet. Next to it is also a gym. You can enjoy a massage upon prior arrangement. Saunas can be used from morning to 10 p.m. The use of the wellness studio without spending the night is not possible.

This is family tourism and hence we live on the estate. But because we have our own things to do, we do not have a 24/7 reception service. That is why you are kindly asked to communicate an approximate time of arrival a day or two ahead. You are kindly asked to stick to the agreed time of arrival or communicate any changes to info@nebesa.si or at +38641769484. There is a bell in the common room, which you can use to call us. If we are not there, you can use the phone.

On the day of arrival, your cottage will be prepared from 3 p.m. on. Departures are by 10:30 a.m on your departure day. You are kindly asked to observe the schedule, unless agreed otherwise.

Payment is made upon departure. We accept all credit cards other than American Express.

You can send an inquiry via an online form, by email or you can call us. You will receive an answer in the shortest possible time. A cottage can be finally booked by sharing your credit card information (only for warranty purposes; the total amount is paid upon departure) or we can send a pro-forma invoice to your email address and you can pay a 30% deposit. The rest is settled upon departure.

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival a 30% deposit will be charged. If cancelled 15 days or less before date of arrival 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival date, no-show or early departure a 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. These charges will be made to your credit card by the hotel.

What is in fact “bad weather”? Snowing is one of the most beautiful experiences at Nebesa. Storms are fascinating through glass walls. If there is a cloud lingering about the estate, you will have breakfast in a cloud, which certainly does not happen every day. On a rainy day, we recommend the sauna, a good book, a visit to the Kobarid World War I Museum or a trip to the Unesco Cividale del Friuli.

A vacation at Nebesa is a splendid gift – for newlyweds, birthdays or anniversaries as well as for remarkable achievements, retirement and gratitude. Send us the value of a voucher along with your address to our email info@nebesa.si. We will send you back an offer with information for payment. The voucher will be sent to your address. The voucher is shaped as a postcard containing all our contact information. You can write down wishes for the recipient on the back. The voucher can be kept as a souvenir. Vouchers are valid for two years.

There is a breakfast buffet. Our guests are completely independent and may take anything from refrigerators in the common room and wine cellar at any time. Guests can prepare their own breakfast, snacks or a cold supper.

There is no restaurant here. There is a fully furnished kitchen available in every cottage and a large kitchen in the common room. There is also a catering option, but you need to decide on it at least half a day in advance. Otherwise, there are plenty of fine restaurants in the vicinity.

An obligatory surcharge is for the tourist fee, amounting to €2 per person per day. Otherwise, all food and beverages are included in the price. An exception is quality bottled wine from our well-stocked wine cellar.

We like dogs. Our family member is the Bernese Mountain Dog Ash freely walking around the property. Dogs are allowed only upon prior arrangement if they are well socialized and do not cause any damage in the chalet. An additional pay for the dog is 50 EUR.

The Bernese Mountain Dog Ash is the best-tempered dog in the world. You can scratch him whenever you wish. But you are kindly asked not to take him along on a walk or feed him. You are also kindly asked not to let the cat Ajša in the house or feed her and to beware that she does not steal your food off the table.

Mrs. Milena and Mrs. Ines are taking care of cleanliness. We provide daily cleaning of the cottages, meaning that your towels will be replaced if they are left on the floor, the bathroom will be cleaned, garbage will be taken away, dirty dishes will be done and the bed will be made. If you do not wish your cottage to be cleaned, you should let us know.

We recommend the DUO massage for couples. The price for a 70-minute treatment is €75 per person. A massage needs to be ordered in advance. We offer also relaxing, classic, therapeutic, sports massage or cupping therapy.

Just above Nebesa is the village Livške Ravne, from where a school bus takes off every morning. The road is, therefore, cleared every morning at around 6 a.m. Except upon heavy snowfall or black ice, the road is passable. If you get “stuck”, we can come to get you with an all-terrain vehicle.

Yes, we can hire a taxi to Hiša Franko for you. Taxi will be waiting for you in front of the cottage 20 minutes before dinner. When you finish dinner, you can turn to the Hiša Franko reception for the return ride. The price for a round trip is €55.

There are two electric charging stations at Nebesa (Tesla and Type 2 electric vehicles), so our guest can charge their vehicles free of charge.
