Payment terms

To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to make a 30% deposit from the reservation amount. The deposit is debited to the credit card or paid to the transaction account. The remainder is settled on the date of departure.

Cancellation terms

If cancelled up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival a 30% deposit will be charged. If cancelled 15 days or less before date of arrival 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before arrival date, no-show or early departure a 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. These charges will be made to your credit card by the hotel.
